Welcome to Shenine’s Street Team (Blooming Butterflies).
If you’re finding yourself on this page, I can assume it’s for one of three reasons:
A) You want to join my street team (I’m doing a happy dance and counting my blessings)!
B) You have no idea what a street team is, and ended up here solely by curiosity (it happens)!
C) You love connecting with other Christians to share God’s word (my #1 goal).
Well…no matter which category you fall into I’m happy you’re here.
What is a “Street Team?”
A street team harnesses the enthusiasm of readers. A group of loving readers who read, are excited and encouraged by an author(s) books. Your role is to help an author amp up enthusiasm for their soon-to-be released book by posting and sharing on your social media platforms, word of mouth. Review the books as soon as possible on website and at online retailers with your honest thoughts. Truthfully, a street teams can be anything you want it to be.
Why join my street team?
I know asking you for your love and support in being excited, vocal and active about my books in your day-to-day life is stretching it a bit. So, along with my immense gratitude, you’ll have a few other perks being a member of the Shenine Wiggs Street Team (Private). In exchange for helping me promote my book you can receive:
- Free swag. Exclusive giveaways only for members! As a reward for helping me out, I’ll mail you free swag as it becomes available!
- Promotional materials to give out, to show your friends how awesome you are.
- Promotional materials to keep for yourself, as a reminder of how awesome you are!
- Sneak peeks. You’ll be the first to know about my latest book covers, first chapters, and more. You’ll even get to help me choose my book name.
- Book Chats. As a member of the street team, you’ll get access to “Shenine’s Street Team Group,” a fun Facebook group where we regularly chat about books we’re reading, and whatever else comes up to chat about.
- Autographed copies of books, bookmarks, postcards, and more.
- Access to yours truly. FWIW, you’ll have my email address so we can connect and chat! I love meeting new hearts.
Here are some things that Shenine’s Street Team members are encouraged, but not required to do. Simply, share and promote on your social feeds what you feel comfortable to share. Remember, a little bit goes a long way.
In-Person
- Tell people you know about the books and share with family & friends to help spread the word.
- Buy the books during the first week of release – this helps get books on bestseller lists.
- Leave promo materials at local book stores, churches, coffee shops, or library – with permission from them!
I just want to share my love for Jesus, writings, excitement with you and connect with friends who like my books and want to help spread the word.
